Lumenai is a personal health record and AI synthesis tool. It helps you organise, interpret, and track your own health data — bloodwork, wearables, DNA, supplements, nutrition. It is software.

Lumenai is not a medical provider, not a substitute for medical advice, not a diagnostic device, and not certified by any health regulator as such. The numbers we surface — Health Score, Bio-age, Fitness Age — are derived from peer-reviewed methods, but the interpretation that matters happens with your doctor. Bring the record. Bring the synthesis. Have the conversation.

Lumenai is in private beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. Pricing for general availability has not been set; during beta the product is free. We don't sell beta features after the fact and we won't auto-bill anyone — you'll hear from us before pricing turns on.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the accuracy of what you upload. We're responsible for keeping the service running, your data secure, and your record exportable. If you're sharing access with a clinician or family member, do so deliberately — there's an export path for exactly that.

Use the service for your own health data. Don't upload data you're not authorised to share. Don't attempt to re-identify or contact other members. Don't reverse-engineer the platform to build a competing service while you're a member — ask us instead, we're a small company and we're reasonable.

You can close your account at any time and export everything first. We can suspend an account that violates acceptable use, after reasonable notice where it's safe to give it. On termination, data deletion follows the schedule described in the privacy page.

Software as-is, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Decisions you make about your health — medications, training, screening — are yours. Lumenai is a tool that helps you make better-informed ones; it is not the decision.

Governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Disputes we can't resolve directly are addressed in good faith first; formal venue is specified in the full terms before public launch.
